My client in Bakersfield, California, is actively seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their AAHA-accredited small animal practice.

Situated in family-friendly Bakersfield, deemed one of the Best Places to Live in the U.S., the city offers an affordable quality of life. Bakersfield serves as the gateway to California’s fertile Central Valley, with the renowned Sequoia National Park just a few hours to the north and the Greater Los Angeles area a convenient 2-hour drive to the south.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Negotiable compensation based on education, experience, and credentials

· Annual salary range: $64,000 to $180,000

· Up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus

· Eligibility for another variable pay programs
