This well-established and progressive mixed animal practice situated in Crete, Nebraska, invites applications for a Second Full-Time Veterinarian to join their committed team. With over four decades of service, this clinic takes pride in delivering comprehensive care to both large and small animals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


There are a wide array of services offered, including Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full-body radiology, Ultrasonography, Grooming, and Vacation Boarding. Serving a diverse clientele, our practice maintains an equal balance between large animal and small animal patients, catering to the varied needs of the community.

They are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented veterinarian proficient in general medicine and surgery. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for mixed practice, with a focus on large animal medicine and emergency care. While experience is preferred, recent graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

· Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university

· Current DEA License or obtained upon hire

· Active Veterinary State License

· USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire


Additional Information:

· Ability to work occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays

· Comfortable with various animal species and emergency situations

· Physical ability to handle animals and perform necessary tasks

· Exposure to potential hazards such as anesthesia, radiation, and zoonotic diseases
