My clients Veterinary Specialists is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join their talented team in San Leandro, California. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $75k with a two-year+ commitment for doctors with 2+ years of experience.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $200k to $250k, based on years of experience and shift.

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75k for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Open to current veterinary students, new graduates, and experienced veterinarians.

• Newly graduated veterinarians and current students will receive individualized support through a 6-month mentorship program.

Hospital Features

• Well-established in the community.

• Specialty services include dermatology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgery, with plans to add internal medicine and cardiology.

• In-house radiology services available daily.

• Equipped with advanced diagnostic, therapeutic, and monitoring tools including a linear accelerator, C-Arm, CT, and DR.

Schedule

• Rotating schedule with day, swing, and overnight shifts.

• Average of 12 shifts per month.
