Requirements:

· Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university

· Licensure in good standing to practice in Washington

· Minimum 4 years of experience as a veterinarian

· Leadership/management experience is a plus

· Proficiency in general surgery and dentistry procedures

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Responsibilities:

· Foster a client-first and collaborative practice culture

· Lead the recruitment and hiring of hospital staff

· Deliver excellent patient care and manage clinical practices

· Maintain accurate medical records and stay up-to-date with veterinary medicine

· Develop the paraprofessional team and ensure exceptional client service

· Manage hospital financial performance and represent the hospital in the professional and local community
