My client, located in the Capital District of New York, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated and dynamic team. 

This is a 7-doctor small animal practice offering a modern, well-equipped facility with an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, class IV therapeutic laser, surgical laser, and paperless medical records. The hospital is AAFP-certified as a Gold Standard Cat-Friendly Practice and utilizes Fear Free principles to ensure a stress-free environment for all patients.

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week with no weekend hours, and all emergencies are referred to a local emergency clinic.

Mentorship & Team Environment: New graduates are encouraged to apply, and a strong mentorship program is in place. Four of the current veterinarians joined directly after graduation and have stayed with the practice, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
