My client’s veterinary emergency, critical care & referral center in Newington (Portsmouth), New Hampshire, is actively seeking a Lead Emergency Veterinarian to join its dedicated team.


About them:

With a boarded surgeon and internal medicine specialist onsite four days a week, along with weekly cardiology consultations, the center ensures that patients receive the highest standard of care. Situated near Maine, Massachusetts, and Vermont, the team enjoys numerous opportunities to unwind and explore during personal time. Supported by a tenured team of nursing staff, veterinarians are empowered to make medical decisions at the hospital level, leveraging their expertise and dedication to patient care.


The Role:

The Lead Veterinarian assumes the role of clinical leader within the hospital, overseeing ongoing evaluation and management of clinical practices and patient care delivery. Collaborating closely with the Practice Manager and CVP, the Lead Veterinarian ensures the maintenance of a high standard of medical case management and strives to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and their beloved pets.
