My client is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its dedicated team in Montgomery, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that handles a variety of medical and surgical cases while supporting individual career growth. Open to veterinarians at all experience levels, this position provides the chance to work in a multi-doctor small animal practice with the option to treat exotic animals.


The clinic includes a large reception area, multiple treatment rooms, and a fully equipped surgery suite. Offering a wide range of services such as soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, dentistry, radiology, ultrasound, and CT scanning, the hospital is committed to providing top-tier veterinary care and exceptional client service. Located just an hour from both Houston and College Station, the hospital is proud to be a part of the local Montgomery community, ensuring that both pets and their owners receive honest, respectful, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient care and client service with a relationship-focused approach.

  • Collaborate with the clinical team and engage with practice leadership.

  • Build strong relationships within the practice and the Montgomery community.

  • Mentor support staff through participation in the internal LevelUp training program.

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and appointments during regular clinic hours.
