My client is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its dedicated team in Montgomery, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that handles a variety of medical and surgical cases while supporting individual career growth. Open to veterinarians at all experience levels, this position provides the chance to work in a multi-doctor small animal practice with the option to treat exotic animals.
The clinic includes a large reception area, multiple treatment rooms, and a fully equipped surgery suite. Offering a wide range of services such as soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, dentistry, radiology, ultrasound, and CT scanning, the hospital is committed to providing top-tier veterinary care and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care and client service with a relationship-focused approach.
Collaborate with the clinical team and engage with practice leadership.
Build strong relationships within the practice and the Montgomery community.
Mentor support staff through participation in the internal LevelUp training program.
Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and appointments during regular clinic hours.
