Now, my client is seeking a Medical Director who shares its values and is prepared to lead the hospital to new heights.

As the Medical Director, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to the Associate Veterinarians. They will ensure the delivery of safe, consistent, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care, along with outstanding client service. Collaborating with the Practice Manager, the Medical Director will develop and execute a hospital annual operating plan and uphold the minimum Standards of Care. They will wear many hats, showcasing their passion for clinical excellence, leadership, recruiting, retention, and advocating for the growth of Mission Veterinary Partners (MVP).

Requirements for the Position:

· Licensed Oregon Veterinarian (Active & Clear)

· Excellent, demonstrated medical and surgical skills.

· Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, DVMs, and teammates.

· 3+ years’ DVM experience.

· 1+ years Leadership experience desired but not required.
